1. At Least 60% owned by Malaysian
2. At Least 6 months of operation 
3. At Least RM50K annual turnover
4. Company registered under SSM/PBT
5. MUST NOT have received the Digitalisation Matching Grant

2. Quotation from Authorised Digitalisation Partner
3. Clear Copy of IC of All Director(s) / Partner(s)/Proprietor
4. Latest Company Profile from SSM
